I'm a Toronto-based firefighter, personal trainer, and mother. My work centers on emotional regulation in parenting and it draws on more than two decades of coaching people through stress, challenge, and transformation. Whether children learning to trust their bodies, athletes and seniors building confidence and physical awareness, or firefighter candidates preparing for one of the most demanding roles imaginable.
Before the fire service, I built a career in movement through martial arts, stunt training, and personal coaching. After a serious elbow injury, doctors and physiotherapists told me I would never regain full range of motion. I disagreed. That stubbornness became the start of a deeper study of anatomy, physiology, and the patterns the body and mind rehearse under pressure. Years of coaching sharpened that interest. Again and again, I saw that the most lasting transformations were rooted in mental resilience, body awareness, and practice.
Motherhood brought those lessons into the most intimate arena of all.
Today, I bring together the discipline of first-response environments, the insight of long-term coaching, and a mother's desire to raise children who lead with love rather than fear. My work helps parents become steadier, more self-aware leaders at home so they can model the trust, resilience, and emotional clarity they want their children to carry forward.
